Time and Space for YOu to ENHance all aspects of you and your Life

A day, once a month for you.

It’s a gift to yourself, this day, when you can reflect, ponder and consider life, love and whatever is important to you…….and then take the action to make things happen.

This is time for you, both in your own space, but also in the company of others who you can trust, feel safe with and who have your best interests at heart. Women who will become your support, accountability and biggest champions.

If you had a day a month like this how would that be? What would you focus on? What do you need?

Could it be a ‘time out’ for you to step away, clear your head and get some perspective in nature, and the company of others.

How about using it as a monthly review day, a chance to get a handle on all aspects of life and see what needs action and how?

What about an opportunity to use it as a sounding board, somewhere where you can bounce ideas about, get things off your chest? 

What if……….

You were comfortable in your own skin and loved yourself totally.

You knew where you were going and how to get there.

You knew what steps to dance to make the magic happen.

All your relationships were fulfilling and inspiring.

You had energy, vitality because you were investing in your health and wellbeing on a daily basis.

The plans you had were taking shape just as you hoped.

You were bouncing out of bed every day ready to embrace life and all it offered.

How would that be?



What is this?

This is a monthly adventure bringing together the historic idea of a women’s circle which is a safe and non -judgemental space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen. It’s also a space for empowerment, support, sharing and learning.  And to this we add the physical circle, in this case the Capital Ring, a circular footpath around inner London’s green spaces. In each month we’ll walk a section of this path, closing the circle at the end of the programme.

It’s for you:

– if you have a busy mind and life that would benefit from calling ‘time out’ regularly
– if you value yourself
– if you like to walk and spend some time in nature;
-if you value the belonging and sisterhood of a small group of women
– if you want more from your life and don’t plan on settling for a mediocre one.


How will this work for you?


We will meet monthly. Our first meeting will be central, where over coffee, we can set the sceen and discuss logistics. You will all get the chance to talk about what you want to get out of this experience and where you see yourself at the end of the 12 months and what help and guidance you might be looking for. This vision will of course evolve as time moves on. Over lunch, and as we enjoy a short walk or two, we can build on this as we get to know each other and before parting at the end of our day, we will finalise dates for monthly meetings and the other regular commitments and I will be able to offer clarity on any issues, take questions etc.

The pattern for future meetings will see us start with coffee while we review where we are, what we have been active on since our last meeting and what we wiish to achieve on this day.

Before lunch we will take a walk, sometimes talking, often just being alone with our thoughts allowing our creativity to expand and our decision making and problem solving skills to flow more easily. After lunch, the afternoon is spent in discussion, brainstorming and exploring; group coaching and setting intentions for the month ahead. I will also be available for 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring for you all during the day as it is needed.


In addition, there will be a private facebook group set up so you can all keep in touch and support and share. This is a key element of the programme and the more you put into this, the more you will get out.

You will be allocated a buddy in the group so you can keep each other accountable.

Once a month, there will be a few hours set aside where you can jump in with me to ask a question, bounce ideas around to help you move forward.

We will hold a monthly ‘do it day’


This annual programme runs once during the year, starting in April. We are currently closed till early 2020

I am looking for ONLY 6 women who feel called to be part of this. 

Your investment starts with a deposit of £150 to secure your place and to grandfather you in, so that if you decide to continue year upon year that you never pay more than the monthly fee stated below.  For the 2020 intake this will be a monthly fee of £200 per month plus vat.


This is likely to be for you if you are in the London and South East area as it happens face to face. However, as it will be a day a month and you want to come from further afield, I would love to welcome you. If you need it, I can suggest places to stay.

Our starting date is mid April 2020.

When my head feels full, when solutions are not flowing, when I am feeling stuck or just out of sorts, I go out for a walk.

Once a month, I set aside a day and leave my home and my office and find somewhere interesting where I can get good coffee, lunch and a celebratory drink at the end and where I can walk a little or retreat to if the weather gets horrible.

Giving myself space, being out in nature, having no demands on my time, I feel free and I am so productive. The open space and fresh air fuel my creativity, decisions are made with ease and I scribble in my journal like a mad woman capturing thoughts, ideas and how to implement them. 

There are times though on these days I wish for someone else in the moment who I can bounce ideas off, who will help me make sense of something or indeed tell me ‘no’. So in this Circle of Reflection I am looking to give you all of it. The time on your own and the time with others. The chance to reflect and review, to put you first and then to have a plan for the action that makes whatever you need or want, happen.

When on the Camino and on our monthly walks, we would take 5 to 10 minutes at a time to be mindful with one of our senses. It’s a great way to connect to what is happening in the actual moment within ourselves and to focus on the natural environment around us, such as the colours and shapes of flowers and the sound of the wind in the trees.
